About

Ever walked away from a great conversation and lost track of who you met, where, and what you talked about? Kivori is a private CRM built for exactly one job: helping you remember the people in your life. Talk for a few seconds after you meet someone, and Kivori transcribes it on your device, then uses AI to structure a card with their name, where you met, and a follow-up question to ask next time you see them. Open the card before your next meeting and pick up right where you left off. - Just talk, nothing to type: Tap the mic and describe who you met — Kivori extracts the details. - Transcription stays on-device: Your voice recording never leaves your phone. Only the transcribed text is stored, securely. - Automatic "ask next time" prompts: Every card comes with a natural conversation starter for your next meeting. - An archive that's only yours: Only your account can read your records, enforced with row-level security. - Sign-in is optional: Start anonymously, or sign in with Apple or Google whenever you want. Kivori is a tool for remembering the people who matter. Your data is always yours — export or delete it anytime. Keep the thread going. Met the same person again? Add a follow-up note to their card — your history with each person builds up over time. Recording keeps going even if you lock your phone.

• A guided tour on first launch — record someone, find them in the list, open their card • Lock the app with Face ID or your passcode (turn it on in Settings) • We now tell you what gets saved, and ask before saving it • A cleaner look — white canvas, one blue accent • Person cards reorganized: what to ask next now comes first • Add follow-up notes to someone you've already recorded • Recording continues with the screen off • Signing in now carries your device's records over
