The app is terrible
Glitchy, slow and unresponsive. But the website isn’t much better. Watch out for auto renewal - there is no way to end your subscription online. They increased fees, charged my cc $450 and won’t refund my money. I’ve also had to pay out of pocket several times for other virtual practitioners because none were available when I needed them. Stay away.

I’m not getting any notifications or messages unless I leave the chat… please fix it
Quality and efficient care
We recently signed up for the KixCare Subscription and we are loving it. The app allowed us to have access to nurses and doctors at the tip of our fingers. Would recommend!
