Inefficient

They only allow one issue per visit even if the issues are closely related. Then they only allow one visit per day. So it takes two days and two visits to fully deal with your issue. Annoying and waste of everyone’s time

Greedy

They WILL double charge if you need to modify your prescription so you'll pay 2x the full consultation price for the same issue if your prescription needs to be adjusted. Greed beyond reason.

Best healthcare service in Canada

I have used multiple healthcare services before but Maple has by far been the best one. The service is very fast, the app is the easiest one I have used, and I have been able to get what I need every time.
Compared with other healthcare services I have used, I dont feel like I have to argue with a doctor about why I need a certain test or request. I can also get multiple prescription refills or lab requisitions during the same appointment. At sone walk in clinics I have been to, I had to wait a long time and was sometimes only allowed to discuss one issue per visit.
I have also used similar virtual healthcare services before but they were not nearly as quick. I usually had to book an appointment in advance, and appointments were often not available anytime soon.
Overall Maple has been much faster, easier, and more convenient than the other healthcare services I have used.
