Dr Marsha Dunkley does not care

My forms were messed up multiple times by Dr. Dunkley. My name was not even spelled right.

This service gave me my first requisition to confirm my pregnancy (Dr. Ola, she was great, I would give her 5 stars). They don’t let you have the same doctor though for some reason. She gave me my first ultrasound requisition too, for 7 weeks.

I then, after confirming the pregnancy, asked for an OBGYN referral. I was shifted to Dr. Marsha Dunkley’s office. This is where everything went wrong. I was originally told no as they don’t give referrals for specialists… but only the doctors office that confirmed the pregnancy will give me a referral for OBGYN, so if this was true then why give me a referral in the first place? Anyways, this turned out not to be true. They put their request in to get my the referral. I waited and waited and at 13 weeks I had enough and I asked for another ultrasound requisition and NIPT testing, as the OBGYN referral was “pending” still and I needed antenatal care. They actually reached out even telling me I needed to see an OBGYN but didn’t complete my referral so that was frustrating. Then DR DUNKLEY declined an ultrasound requisition at 14 weeks pregnant, citing it as unnecessary and that I need to see an OBGYN …. Still waiting on the referral. Then finally I got the referral days later, my name was spelled incorrectly and none of the ultrasounds or lab reports were attached … so the OBGYN office declined the referral.

Oh also I’ve been waiting on my NIPT requisition forms I was approved for, for a couple weeks now. I was supposed to get this test done by 14 weeks. I’m over 15 weeks pregnant now. Still waiting. The level of incompetence is astounding.

There is a patient care advisor Abdullah Madni that has been very kind and helpful. I would give him 5 stars. It’s not his fault and he keeps expediting my requests.

The issue is the doctor. The audacity to decline my ultrasound requisition because I need to see an OBGYN but then not provide a referral and then finally when the referral is provided, weeks later, it’s not done properly and my name is spelled wrong. I would not recommend this service, and definitely not Dr. Dunkley.

Also whoever works the support desk, not helpful. I’ve asked for a supervisor to deal with this and nothing. They keep sending me cookie cutter copy paste answers.

Literally the most frustrating service.
