I was unable to get an appointment with my regular doctor for an extended period and urgently needed a specialist referral. I signed up with your online service because your advertising stated that you provide specialist referrals and that the cost is $20/month. Instead, I was charged $240, and my referral request was denied with the explanation that you ‘don’t do that’—despite your advertising suggesting otherwise.
When I requested a refund, since the referral was the only reason I joined, my request was denied. After I disputed this and pointed out that referrals were advertised, your team eventually responded by stating that you had ‘referred me to my own doctor,’ which did not meet my need for a specialist referral and did not resolve the issue I paid for.”

Good if you have no major health concerns, useless if you need referrals to specialists as they don’t do that. I live in a small rural community in northern BC, no family doctor, no walk in clinic, and an ER that is so busy you had better be dying before you go in. You need a sick note or have a UTI this app will be more than sufficient, however if things progress past basic needs you’re on your own.

However this i don't like the privatization model.
This is a SCAM
They advertise a cost of $20/month and then ask for your credit card details immediately. As soon as you enter your details, without any sort of confirmation screen, they immediately charge you $240 and claim you’re on an annual plan. What makes it worse is I was never even able to connect with a doctor as they advertise. It was just some AI bot that was going in circles with me offering no help whatsoever. This is 100% a scam!!
