Misleading payments
It clearly said I’m purchasing a monthly plan of 20$ . No where did it said that the full year is billed upfront . Also you billed me twice 240$ . So 480$ in total .
I sent you and email but you haven’t replied .
I opened a dispute with my credit card company .
It was almost impossible to understand the “doctors “ English . Also after stating my needs they said a prescription needs to be approved by another supervisor which takes up to 6 hours . Very deceiving and non transparent unprofessional service ! I don’t recommend using these guys.

Also my double charge has never been refunded .
I have no other choice than a dispute resolution.
I will also report you to the consumer protection branch .

Great app!
Pros: This makes a lot of sense! The app is easy to use and provides medical relief when we need it most!
CONS: The amount you will be charged is $240 immediately for the full year with no refund option, please read the terms closely and understand them before paying.
The bullet point for annual charge is baked in the $20/month info, this is not a callout message when you select your package. I suggested the app team make a change to this and call this right at the top (first bullet point) for clearer transparency of the plan so that customers can make an informed decision!

Helpful in a pinch
Canadian here and our healthcare system is garbage at the moment. This app really came in handy for medical care and doctor’s notes. I’m located in Ontario and not only did they connect me with a doctor based in my province, but when I checked his license number in the database it came back as legitimate. Alveena S. was the most lovely person ever and I’m so thankful for this app.

Great app and service
Quick and easy from home. They are thorough and informative.

The doctor renewed my prescription for an inhaler. I have moderate COPD. Thank you so much.
Fine print: may take over 6 hours or more for a doctor to complete your prescription
Waited 11.5 hours for my script to be processed by a physician, reached out many times to expedite the process and nothing was done. So if you need help with something more urgently beware. My prescription was not done until 11:00pm! Which meant I couldn’t even receive it until the next morning, worst thing was this company texted me promising my script would be done in 30 mins before the consult. Do not use.

This app is a scam. They will charge you $240 up front even though it says $20 a month. Then they won’t give you a refund. Check Reddit - it’s happened to tons of people.

Service has been excellent, as I’m not from Ontario I didn’t have a family doctor and walk in clinic times are outrageous, this has been such an easy way to do things

The service is good if you’re going to use it all the time. I needed it for a one time emergency. They advertise the cost as $20/ month but they bill you annually. So I spent $240 to talk to a doctor once

Google “Your doctors online overcharge” and see for yourself. They have tons of complaints to the BBB against them. They advertise a $20 per month subscription but you enter your payment info and are charge $240 for a year subscription, without ever being shown that amount, and they refuse to refund. They offered me a partial defend after some pushback, I’ll be getting the rest back through my credit card company. Avoid this app
