Some glitches
I noticed my favorites did not transfer from my browser to the app, even though I was logged into my account on both. Furthermore, there is no way to remove the bestie points once I apply them. I wanted to see the $10 off v the $20 off. I applied 1000 points trying to do that and couldn’t take it off to retain my 2000+ points, plus the discount was $7.22 not $10. Not a super big fan of that.

I like the app. The only annoying thing I have noticed so far is that the touch area of the back button is too close to the search, so when I try to go back to the main list of products it sometimes takes me 2-3 tries, because the search field is triggered.

I've had a great experience shopping with Kiyoko Beauty. easy to navigate, the selection of authentic Korean and Japanese beauty products is excellent and my order arrived quickly and well packaged and Everything was in perfect condition. I also appreciate the detailed product descriptions, which made it easy to choose the right items for my skincare routine. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and this is my second time ordering from Kiyoko Beauty. Highly recommended!
