睇完廣告，若然再出同一個廣告

No prior notification for which show purchase link will be provided. No customer service for technical problem even joining the membership

can’t get into the web site to buy tickets and server was down for over an hour! Need ask for refund

Choose not to provide link for purchase due to personal preference and accounted the news when people had already watched the advertisements and paid for memberships.

一個不懂尊重的負責人，還把責任歸咎別人，這樣的Apps，就算真係幫到人買飛，卻冇品！永遠都唔會幫襯！

Misleading marketing and incomplete service
The app owner did not provide links to use robot to buy tickets which is the crucial part of the service. The app owner blamed customers as ‘troublemakers’ in Facebook for his/her/their failure in providing links and claimed that it is not a essential service. Customers, especially who have paid monthly fee, are urged to see advertisements to accumulate’ brooms that will enhance robot hit rate in buying tickets with the link. It is apparently dishonest and disgraceful.
