What's New in Klar Health
1.3
August 10, 2026
Log a workout by hand. If your watch missed a session, or the workout was not the kind a watch tracks, you can now add it yourself. Pick the activity, say how hard it felt, and KLAR either estimates the calories or takes the number you type. It is saved to Apple Health as a real workout, so it counts everywhere: your day's burn, your strain, your records. For strength work you can log exercises, sets, reps and load, plus a note about how it went. The next time you do that exercise, KLAR shows you what you lifted last time. Also new • Exercise History: every exercise you have logged, and every session of it • Personal Bests: your farthest, longest, fastest and biggest climb, across your whole history • Six ways to share a workout: your own photo, the route, heart rate zones and more • A water widget you can tap to log a glass without opening the app, plus a sleep widget • Trends grouped by the question each chart answers • The daily journal now has its own tab Better • Calibration explains itself, and shows its adjustment to the tenth of a percent • Daytime stress counts measured minutes, so the totals match the timeline above them • The weight forecast reads your real deficit streak and what you actually eat • Sharper share cards, clearer wording throughout, and a long list of smaller fixes
