This app will set you up, i made an appointment, just for it to not allow me to log in, and make me miss an appointment. Risking a $200 no show fee.
Not able to create an account
When creating it has an error stating theres an account with the existing number and to login. I click login and forgot passcode and it never sends a verification code to move forward:

Other people I knew raves about this app and how it helped them. I finally downloaded the app and set up an account, but it doesn’t work. It will not send me a code, and it will not allow me to select the customer service feature for not sending me a code. And there is no phone number to call? Disappointed.

Excellent, I was concerned about bad reviews
After purchasing two 24 hour antigen/lateral flow tests for my holiday to Lanzarote which begins tomorrow, I was concerned about the terrible reviews here especially since this company is recommended by TUI. I purchased tests for my boyfriend and I. I submitted photos of both test results 8:30am Sunday just on my phone and entered my boyfriend’s details for one test and mine for the other. I received a notification saying that the PDF certificates were available in the app in less than an hour. I had the results by 9:30am same day (Sunday). The certificates have no mistakes and I have downloaded the certificates to my files on my iPhone. The service works on a Sunday for anyone wondering which was perfect as my flight is on Monday morning. The app says they issue certificates between 08:00-23:00 every day including weekends but advise to upload your test results 4 hours before you need your certificate. Ready to go on holiday in the morning. :) Very happy with this service.

The communication on this app is awful / you can never actually speak to a member of staff - it’s all done via email as the FAQ section directs you round in circles to the same links!
Quite simply we purchased tests last November and simply wanted Klarity to confirm we hadn’t used them, and put the unused tests back on our App - Simple? NO it was like communicating with an Alien (via email)

Terrible and waste of time.
Not optimised and just a waste of time. I’m glad I wasn’t in a rush to the terminal this would have ruined my travel!
Pain in the -
Lots of people in my group had problems while creating their accounts, and there isn’t an accessible support. This testing service was supposed to have the rep on the phone at 8:00am, he joined 15 minutes late and was unprofessional. Find somewhere else to get tested to be safe.
Cluster Screw
Using this app to verify my covid test may have been the single most ridiculous cluster screw I’ve ever had to work through. The representatives are unprofessional, and the app is constantly crashing. If you’re trying to save time, you’re better off just going to a pharmacy!!

I’ve used this app & Klarity for my travels twice and it’s been working perfectly every time. Certificate issued within 30mins
Overall very good
Was worried after reading lots of bad reviews but test arrived within 3 working days of ordering. Booked the appointment through the app which was east. The clinician was on time to the appointment and it was clear and straightforward when doing the test. Fit to fly certificate was emailed during the appointment. Overall a positive experience

The WORST service do not use
Tests came, did them and sent them off well within the 72 hours using a priority postbox. Posted on a Saturday as was meant to fly on a Tuesday morning. Spent the entire Monday chasing our results as has heard nothing. Got through to the company that processes them, they still hadn’t received and Klarity stopped bothering to correspond with us to help.Unable to go on our trip as not enough time to test elsewhere due to a day of poor communication. Klarity is Utterly useless.

Happy with app
I recently used this app had trouble uploading video , contacted customer services, the response was very quick they send a link and video was updated in seconds
App issues
I actually think they may have fixed this now, however when I used this service it was very glitchy, crashed and wouldn’t upload my video. We had to send them another video saying it had crashed blah blah blah. Certificates arrived and where in the app. When we landed at our destination the app had completely gone down and came up with a message saying bad request when we tried to open it. Luckily in Spain they would accept proof of double jab as well or we’d have been on the next plane home.

Utter Scam
Paid for a premium fit to fly lateral flow test. Followed all steps and logged on to the appointment via the app on time. No one there. Wasted 25 minutes waiting. Ended paying for a resort fit to fly test provider.
Waste of money..Useless rubbish
We bought 6 to use 2 in the UK and 4 in Greece.
The 2 UK tests failed to upload and we had to race to the airport and paid for tests there. Highly stressful.
In Greece they would not upload at all and we recorded the procedure. More stress and now we will need to buy and have tests in Greece.
Please avoid this app and testing as it does not work and you will pay far more overall.

Works but support lacking
Used for two antigen tests and video link and certificates worked well. PCR PROBLEMATIC. You MUST complete all data in the app otherwise they cannot track your samples.
Bogus company
Says to log in and there’s no option to connect to a video call, no help or phone number available
Good and easy process
App video link worked well and covid fit to fly certificates downloaded within a minute
