Doesn’t work
I don’t know how many times I’ve tried using the app, can’t get pasted the “enter your number” screen because it keeps saying “server error”. Doesn’t go away and nothing works. Don’t bother downloading
Inconvenient app
Today, I tried ordering ahead on this app using Apple Pay. The app immediately declined my order even though it showed my card getting charged immediately. I called the place to make sure the order hadn’t gone through and they said it hadn’t. I then tried to manually put my card information in, tried to order again and it STILL REJECTED THE CARD even though I put the info in correctly. Once again, my card got a pending charge. I was looking forward to getting coffee this morning and now can’t get anything because this hiccup made me late to work. This app is not very user friendly when it comes to ordering ahead and I really hope they fix this annoying bug. I’ll just be waiting to see if the pending charges on my card get dropped in the meantime.

How about Sign in?
The app only gives you the ability to sign up. If you have already signed up online and have an existing account it gives you a message that this email has already been registered and from there you are basically stuck. Please fix that so I can sign in and use the app!
Extremely simple
This app is extremely easy to use. I originally avoided downloading the app because of the reviews but as I’ve recently made Klatch my new spot I thought I’d download so I can pick up my coffee without having to wait and I haven’t had an issue. For every $1 spent you get 2 points and to me that isn’t a bad deal. I don’t mind that you have to input your card information it makes things easier for me. Apple Pay would be nice but again it’s a non issue. You can favor your klatch location and favorite orders and can easily click re order with no hassle which I like a lot. I have no complaints, it’s a simple & good app.

Pointless Hassle
The fact that you can’t place a mobile order from the Klatch website is already ridiculous. Then, this app forces you to
make an account and give unnecessary personal information before you can even see an ordering screen. And, in spite of selecting my preferred location, I still had to manually search for the location seconds later in order to place my order. Plus, it doesn’t even accept apple pay. All of this adds up to an app that is a giant waste of time when is just want to order a drink. Absurd.
