Awful- hate it!
Here are my issues 1-Sometimes it won’t get past the initial Klein screen, 2-Notifications are very sketchy if I get any at all, 3-Continues to show a notification even if I’ve read it, 4-There is no way to remove rooms that aren’t relevant.
Remind was Better
One of my children is not showing up. The other two are there, no problem. I can’t see a way to hook this up to Text messages either. If I don’t log in, I don’t see the message.
I LOVE KLEIN
Klein is literally the best school district ever. I am so proud to say I’m graduating from it this year!!!!!!
Nonsense
It took a while to be able to do an account now it logged me out and says I don’t have access of student view of rooms. I’m not understanding what was so wrong with the Remind app it never gave me issues like the Klein ISD app is giving me.
Why
Why the heckula are we making an app to look at school stuff right after the phone ban? If I can’t have my phone out during school hours, I’m not using it for school things.
Horrible
The district requires use of the app for communication, but it doesn't functioning well and is glitchy. Haven't been able to log in. It does not send a code when it claim to.
Absolutely Frustrating
You would think that downloading an app for keeping up with your child’s education you would be immediately invited to create an account. NOPE! No instructions NOTHING! I wish o could give a -5 star
Log In/Sign Up Bug
There are no instructions in the app about how to create an account or sign in. I first tried using the Google sign in feature using the Google account I used for Klein ISD’s annual enrollment update. The app bumped me over to Google to log in as expected but after granting the app vendor permission to access my Google data the app kicked me back to the sign in page like nothing had happened. Subsequent efforts to sign in with Google just looped me right back to the app sign in page (page reloads but doesn’t sign in). I eventually found the Klein ISD article about the new app and how to sign in with a mobile number on Klein’s website but would be more helpful if this information was on the sign in page, or at least a link to create an account that explains what to do like most apps and websites offer when requiring an account.
