Spammed by marketing notifications
I downloaded the app and deselected all marketing notifications. But I still got 3 or 4 notifications DAILY. I was legit getting spammed by the push notifications via the app. Super annoying. And also zero traction on the sneakers I tried to sell on the platform.

Première commande chez eux et mon argent a été débité mais 2 semaines plus tard toujours aucune mise jour du statut de la commande, elle est toujours "en traitement". Bref je suis coincé la paire que j’ai commandé va devenir de plus en plus dur à trouver au fil des jours et mon argent est bloqué chez eux. Résultat je les aurais probablement pas et je n’ai plus d’argent pour essayer de les acheter chez un autre resseller plus sérieux. Je déconseille fortement d’acheter chez eux car je pense que ce sont des arnaqueurs au vu des problèmes que je rencontre dès ma première commande.

Just no, I bought a pair of shoes 20 days ago and today they just cancelled my order and they didn’t even send my money back. I will not be ordering shoes from this site again
Impossible to sign in
Not sure what’s going on. All of the methods for signing in fail. Deleting and downloading the app didn’t solve the problem.

After update is impossible to search for used sneakers in your size because app force you to see all of shoes. But when you click in offer available used product no existing or is in different size than you set in filters.
Fraude
Fraudulent and scam application, there is no method to recover the password to be able to collect your money, nor do they send it to your bank account, where you need to restore the password to enter klektpay and no one gives you any kind of help

L'application à été mise à jour complètement mais maintenant je n'y comprends plus rien du tout... Je veux acheté une paire annoncer à 150€ pour ma taille, et en cliquant dessus elle passe à 300€ pour je ne sais quelle raison... Et pour vendre c'est très compliqué pour comprendre les bids... Les prix de ventes ne correspondent pas du tout au prix d'achat (et je ne parle pas de la commission de klekt dont je connais l'existence...)
Vraiment dommage c'était super avant en allant sur le site, c'était si simple....

New app stinks
New app is rubbish

I echo the words of other sellers regarding the most recent update. It’s made a barely usable app completely unusable. Removing the desktop version and going app only is also a laughable decision when the desktop was the only vaguely user friendly option even prior to the app update.
The search function doesn’t work, it’s almost impossible to organise your listings and know how to price items and having a high number of listings is a nightmare due to the short expiry dates and having to manually update the expiry on each listing one by one. I don’t know why Klekt find it so difficult to create a usable service for sellers, when all of their competitors seem to manage quite easily.
Klekt is by far the worst offering on the market and sadly I’m going to have to stop selling on the platform because of it.

Latest updates did more harm than good
Market data is impossible to access. I want to see what a pair went for previously so I can price mine accordingly. Why would you remove that?
Unusable as seller post update
I used to use KLEKT regularly to sell my shoes, however the new update has made things unusable:
- Firstly, the app is super slow and buggy. The search doesn’t pick up items well and takes ages to load the product page.
- There’s next to no visibility on where your price is in relation to the market post listing. When you list, you’re told what the lowest price is but once listed you can’t see what the current lowest ask on a product is, or what the values of recent sales have been.
- I’m getting bombarded with USELESS emails. Every time a lowest ask changes (I think), I get a tonne of basically spam email which just says ‘Listing Price Update’ - no info as to pricing whatsoever.
- KLEKT have been super slow recently with payouts to the point where I’ve been worried I won’t ever be paid for an item, even though it’s clearly already been verified and sent to the buyer.
Overall, I used to like KLEKT even though their UI was awful. Now, they’ve made some awful changes and I’m going to bring my business elsewhere.

Scammers
Order first confirmed, payment done. Then I got an email saying its cancelled but I have never seen any refund. Noone replied to any of my 3 emails, phone dead. Scammers
It used to be great
I loved using Klekt. Whether for simply browsing, getting the latest on drops, or finding a pair to buy (or sell too), I thoroughly enjoyed it!
After the latest update and redesign however, it’s absolutely horrible! It’s confusing, overloaded, too “content” oriented, and it feels like a tiktok shop.

KLEKT est une application fantastique avec des prix plus bas que d autres appli comme stock x
Mais depuis la nouvelle mise à jour, l’application est un désastre, le prix d’afficher et par exemple 200 € et quand on clique tout à la fin pour payer la Pere passe à 900 €, c’est un gros bug informatique et le design n’est pas celui qu’il était
Dommage, j’espère qu’ils vont vite remettre l’ancienne application car celle-ci est un fiasco

New UI is horrible
The UI designers really missed the mark on the latest update, the new layout makes tasks that used to be a couple clicks a whole chore. Please consider the option for a legacy UI or at least make the separation between a buyer and a seller interface.

Worst update event
I dont usually write app reviews and anything, but this time I have to. After the last update, the application is not useable, for the first days I could not log in because the code did not come to the phone number or e-mail. Now when I logged in, I see that it has been changed much for the worse, it is harder to find information and generally move around the application. I can't check the lowest listing and see how many people put up shoes cheaper than me. It also seems to me that the fee that the platform collects has also increased. I do not recommend
