App keeps exiting on IOS ,unable to open it again once closed.

Gives wrong data of many things.
1. L1 and L2 partner count.
2. Wrong data on all business parameters.
3 partner 360 is also completely wrong.
This is good for nothing.

App display ratio problem
This app does not fit in 6.1 inch screen of iphone . Please fix this issue

I am. It getting my commission since 3-4 years. And no one is guiding me also for the same. Also in the app my pending commission is not showing at all.

Too many bugs and nothing loads for a advisor not able to keep a track because of forever loading !!! Do fix this or go back to previous version which was at least little better

Many options are not active in this app and we face lot of trouble while trying to operate it. Please rectify the issues.

Application not at all working fine.
Some time the previous data will be showed some times not.
Data showing is not accurate as per business done by the Advisor or partner.
Pay slips generating but incentive slips missing.
No exact clarity on incentive slips for what reason amount manually adjusted.
Why kotak is giving salary to their partner on 29 th of every month I.e 3000/- and why the same has been debuting on 09th of every month.
Business report last 12 months available but it shows all converted and in converted also.
Coming to dashboard converted business is some times showing some Time not showing.
If try to see the latest month business report not available
Partner commission release of payment is not at all clear since no proper layout of understanding mentioned in Inventive slips.
What ever the concern required that will do just simple word manual adjustment but for what reason they will not mention.
So what I feel is finally Kotak is hiding some
Thing and not transparent for sure coming to payment structure and what they mention on payslips and as well in incentive slips.
If the same asking to any Managers, LMPs or any other they also don’t know why company debited the amount.
Great Boost Application run by kotak. We are expecting a zenuine and transparent platform where it will clearly understood to partners and further to work with great zeal and trust. Which is not really happening.
What ever I wrote is not a single problem of mine so many partners when we sit together we are discussing these type of issues and I too observed with my boost application also.
If possible plz provide us transparent boost where it shows all transparent transactions of police’s, commissions released, holded commissions for what with reasons and requirements, Manual adjustment for what reason, proposer application stays tracker, Crystal clear of incentive statement and payslips. What we are expecting please.

The data showing is incorrect most of the times. Not updated fast enough and even the data showing is not correct.
Regarding deductions out of incentive amount as Adjustment as per compensation policy
Every month some amount is being deducted out of my incentive amount as Adjustment as per compensation policy dated August 2019. What is this deduction. I want clarification on this. My manager is not giving any clarification for this. I am loosing amount.
Boost not opening
Trying to login number of times daily since six months and get messages that my mobile number is linked to some other advisor. No resolution to this till date. I cannot encash my rewards points earned. Even writing to boost support is also not responding, this is very unprofessional and I am able to see my business.
