It will not except you e-mail address, so you can’t get into app. Had to call doctors who sent me a link to make a one off appointment. Useless system, as I still had to call doctors reception, I could have booked an appointment with her in the 40 seconds it took her to explain she doesn’t make appointment and to use link. Thanks

Medication
I was told to use this app to order repeat prescriptions. What a pile of rubbish this is? You didn’t realise how difficult it is to get some medication in Wales!
Problem with email
This app is totally useless try to register all you get is invalid email address is this another way to stop you contacting your doctor
Doesn’t recognise e-mail addresses!
So our local surgery tries to get us to use this App. But when I try to sign up an account with the e-mail address I use 24/7/365 it tells me “not a valid e-mail address” 🤣 Hopeless.
