Connection Issues!!
This app is terrible. As others say, it doesn’t connect to my premium Flexus 300 soundbar and the only way to temporarily fix it is to unplug the soundbar. Within a short time, the app loses connection again.
Core 300 Issues
Frequently unable to connect to my Core 300 soundbar. Pretty frustrating for something that cost $1000.
Good, When it Works.
Unfortunately, the app is very inconsistent, often failing to connect to my Flexus Core 300 Soundbar, despite an excellent wi-fi environment. Fix the connectivity issues and increase the EQ to 5 or 7 bands instead of the current 3-band offering.

진짜 앱 좀 잘 만들어주세요. 스피커 코 앞에 있는데 찾지도 못하고, 기껏 연결해 놓으면 며칠 있다 또 연결 못한다하고… 이럴거면 뭐하러 앱으로 연결하게끔해서 음악 듣지도 못하게 해 놨습니까?
Brand new Klpisch customer
Brand new the the Klipsch world here. I was excited to by the Sevens II today. And now I’m horribly disappointed that I’m unable to connect to them with your app. It’s been about 2 hours of unsuccessful attempts. If it continues not to work I will return these speakers and say good bye to Klipsch. If I’m going to drop $3000 on speakers they HAVE to work pristinely, and this is an utter failure.

Keeps freezin bluetooth not connecting keep crashing with tv not sound sometimes gets stuck in tv and wont move has problems with the app not trying to connect firmware was hard to download took me more than 24 hours you need leave your phone on top

App needs a lot of work
Very disappointing app experience for a premium product. Despite having an optimal network environment (wired Ethernet connection, strong network, and up-to-date firmware), the Klipsch Connect app frequently fails to connect to my Flexus Core 300, often displaying connection errors and rendering the app nearly useless. The only reliable fix has been power cycling the soundbar, which should never be necessary for basic app functionality.
I never experience these issues with my Sonos Arc Ultra or the Sonos app under the exact same network conditions. The Flexus hardware has impressed me with its sound quality, but the software experience falls well short of what I’d expect from a premium product. Klipsch needs to prioritize improvements to the app’s reliability and device connectivity.

This version 2.0 is better than the original. More user friendly and features
It’s a no for Mac Studio. USB should be a steady connection.
Connectivity on a Mac Studio is painful to keep.
Terms of Use are insane
I strongly suggest reading their privacy policy and terms of use before creating a profile or downloading. I don’t know who they think they are, but I’m about to see if I can return the promedia lumina speakers altogether, and find some that don’t require my location, browsing activity, etc. These tech bros wanna know everything you do just to use a speaker app. Wild!

The new app is no good!
I have a core 300 this app will not work with the 300 sound bar. It sees the 200 that I also have and the 300 .It will connect with the 300 and then cycles and gives an error. Technical support has tried to help but so far nothing seems to help. You need to upgrade the app so that will work with the 300 and 200.
