App Stopped Working
I love this app - when it’s working.
The app works for a while then stops and gives an “error loading dispatch log.” After several attempts to delete the app and reinstall it, it still will not work. There are no tools to use to try and fix the issue and no way to contact the developer other then writing this review in hopes I can find out if the problem is.

Issues
For past 2 weeks I don’t get any of the dispatches but I can pick up the communication once I open the app. Please advise.
iPhone 16plus
Since I got my new iPhone 16 I get alerts for a few days and then it seems to crash then it comes back on and crashes again. I found issues other then this app I think it might be a issue with the 16 but wanted to see if you anyone else was having issues or if there will be a new update to km911 app

No data
I am not receiving any data on my alert log tab and I have every monitored station checked.
Dispatch lags
A lot of the dispatching still not showing up. Currently a working fire palmyra Bourgh and it’s not alerting.

Great app that could be better
4 stars because alerts disappear after a short period. I see the notifications then when I go to the app it’s blank. Let the user clear the alerts in the app, don’t delete them after an amount of time goes by.

Great when it works
Great app but it doesn’t display anything under the dispatch log, just an error message. It’s very hit or miss. The app also doesn’t scale properly on my iPhone 13, with black bars at the top and bottom. In dark mode, the tabs at the bottom are illegible because they stay dark.

I haven’t received an alert in four days 🤔 I don’t think anyone’s manning this app because it’s terrible all the time
Stopped Working
This app has been amazing but it has stopped working. Is there anyway to fix this? There are no updates needed on my end.
Obtaining info
Doesn’t show exact location on map. Now data says loading than says error and no data loads, just a black screen. Used to work well about 6 months ago. Now nothing. Very poor.
Way too glitchy
I can’t tell you how many times I don’t get any alerts for hours on end. Like right now for example. It’s 10:48 PM, and I have not received an alert since 1:00 PM earlier today. Now I know there’s been stuff going on in my area according to the ambulances and firetrucks that have driven past numerous times here on the Main Street. This happens more times than it should. Please update the app! It has the potential being a wonderful app

Rarely works
I have removed this app multiple times & re-installed it, recently removed it and then it was not available in the App Store for about a week! Then it randomly appeared in my search so I re-installed it. It worked for 1 day, now in days 2 we are back to zero alerts for today and the dispatch log is black. I have an iPhone 14 pro max updated to the newest IOS?

Not receiving calls
When a company you have selected: it’s not notify you anymore with this app. Stop working four days ago . People that depend on this app hasn’t been running calls to safe the community
Grateful
I love this app. My wife’s a nurse and her friend put us on to the app bc her husband is a first responder. My only issues are “tone” being posted for a couple of the departments without any protocol listed in the log this there’s no specification of incident or where it’s located. Additionally I’ve yet to see the live watch work. It always throws error codes. Hope that can get fixed I see it’s an actual working thing in the preview above .. thanks take care

Not getting calls!
I have deleted and reinstalled this app 5 times in the past day bc I get a few calls come in then nothing. And the dispatch log always says error. Please fix this.
Station alerts/mapping
This app does not let me get my stations alerts all the time and the mapping never works. This app is getting worse all the time.
