Poor designed and slow
this app is just plain horrible. There is lag when simply trying to scroll calls, and incident data. Unit times never stay on in settings even though I turn them on, close and reopen the app and the setting is off again. App design is old and outdated. If you’re a department looking for a SCM software, stay clear.

This app is so slow and poorly made. Rarely does it have times/run information. App lags every time you open it. So bad. If I had the option of 0 stars, this app would definitely get 0.

iOS 26 Fixed a lot of issues.
I finally get the notifications and the texts again now with iOS 26 update. Only took 9 months.
Absolute garbage
Sometimes runs will populate on the station screen, but not in the app. There is virtually no organization on the app call-in screen - not grouped alphabetically, by station or anything. Also, for whatever reason, allows members to call in DAYS after an alarm.
