Kmart is dead

This app is useless

Fails at step 1

The app can’t find a Kmart store within 100 miles of my home zip code. I know there are at least two within 15 miles. The web site fails similarly.

Poor

Trying to navigate thru Kmart products
And pages is almost impossible! Amazon, Walmart, and Target are easy. No wonder Sears and Kmart are in such trouble.

For 50’years I loved both of these stores and I’ve watched them decline due to what appears as poor management. The app certainly proves it.

Kmart

Never been to Kmart since there is barely any left but hope they will make a comeback.

Worst app ever

App can’t locate a single store within 100 miles, when there are at least 3 inside 5 miles, and Search can’t find gear oil. For a company the size of Walmart, you’d think they would hire better than minimum wage programmers. But, that’s their business model. All I can say is WOW.

Not Kmart

Simply just not Kmart. I think if Kmart can’t be the Kmart folks know and love they should just hang it up.

Faster site

Great improvement and minimal delays at check out for processing order

Great app!

Laughable prices WOW!

It’s K-mart but obviously not the K-mart I grew up going to which was at somewhat like a Walmart. Wow! For example a 19oz bottle of Lysol (one bottle) T W E N T Y DOLLARS & ninety three cents!? 🤣🤣🤣no thank you! LOTS of things wayyyyyy over priced. Just downloaded the app and now I’ve seen enough already. Uninstalling!

Some prices look like typography errors.

I’ve seen some items like maybe a crockpot for $1,199 instead of $11.99. Somebody needs to go through and double check for price errors. Hey Sears Kmart! Site works great! Reminds me of Amazon! Getting better and better! Be more like Amazon ! Make some stores into distribution centers!
Plenty of empty drugstore buildings around . Empty rite aid in Denver NC . These would be great Kmarts!

Needs work

The search needs better filters. The shopping cart would not let me enter my billing address, but kept overwriting my shipping address. Like most online shopping the product descriptions are inadequate however you just closed the local Sears and K-mart.

Still works!

Great my points still accumulate. App is a little dated but still works. Simple to use and filters work good still. Not everything sold can be redeemed with points though.

RIP Kmart

Not sure why you have a app if you only have 4 stores left but I’m leaving a review for the sake of it I loved you when I was a kid seems like you had a store in every other city now your going down the street of forgotten retailers like Blockbuster and Pier imports I will miss you in someways and in other ways I won’t you made bad decisions and this is the consequences Rest In peace old friend at least your going down under with your pal Sears

Works for me with the greatest of ease

I keep future purchase lists within this app -
always ready for me to use. I am a “shop your way” credit card holder. My points accumulate fast which brings down the cost of purchase dramatically; sometimes even -0-

App is easy to use!

Not great.

Usable, after the last update... but just barely.

Even then, it is so very difficult to get something that I can even say I can use. I have let nearly 6 months of points expire... probably to the tune of $40-$50 because there are literally no more Kmart or Sears stores anywhere near my house anymore. I have to redeem exclusively online now... and they charge nearly $7 to ship something. This last time, a $19.99 heater still ending up being $3 with my $16.99 redemption, plus $6.49 for shipping and $1.34 for sales tax... for a grand total of $10.83 out-of-pocket. Kind of annoyed. I’ve tried very, very hard to maintain a business relationship with this company, but they are making it increasingly harder and harder. Can you PLEASE re-open at least one store somewhere in NE Ohio? Thanks.

Best Everything Store Ever!

Always got good products. The clothing there is just as good as anything from Macy’s or JCPenny

Kmart Marketplace Shopping

I’m proud to support stores within the Kmart Marketplace and the Kmart app is perfect for my needs. Checkout is smooth. Saved for later and wishlists help me remember what I need. Everything is smooth and I always come here for certain buys. Plus, free shipping! Highly recommend shoppers use the Kmart app for specific buys such as furnace air filters and health needs such as vitamins.

Ruined

Eddie Lampert managed to ruin Kmart. Shameful.

Not all bad could be better

Issues are that half the stuff I want and need are either out of stock or won’t ship. I love Kmart and I’m sad my stores are gone they NEED to come back. All I have is online and I refuse to buy from 3rd party vendors especially if they are off the wall unheard of names. If Kmart doesn’t have it I don’t buy it. They still have a okay amount of stuff at great prices. Just the shipping is annoying
