Very hard to change device name
The button to change device name is invisible. Please fix.
Unreliable
I am connected to the WiFi with a strong signal and stand a foot away from the plug and keeps saying offline so annoying! When it’s online and working I really love it but it’s become very unreliable lately!
Tighten up
Your getting a 3 star and not a 5 because of how long this app has been out and there is still no option to add a widget be so fr tighten up
Energy data page is too zoomed in
I do wish though when looking at the energy statistics for the month, it would include the actual day below the amount used, as of now it’s very zoomed in and cuts off the numbers on the graph even at times.
I have to sit there and count 1 by 1 to figure out which day was what. Hopefully they add the dates to the bottom of the usage lines in the future

App Suggestions
I LOVE my smart plug minis. The app is very user friendly, and setup is super easy. I have two suggestions that would really elevate this app. Firstly, we really need a night mode! It would be really great if the app had a setting that would turn on a dark mode after sunset so when you turn lights off at night, you aren’t blinded by the white background. The other suggestion is to add widget compatibility. I have another app called LIFX for a smart bulb, and I am able to add a widget on my iPhone Lock Screen to turn that bulb off/on. This option for KMC Smart would be AMAZING! Altogether, good experience, but I think there’s some opportunities for even more greatness here.

So far so awesome
Very cool app which allows you to control and customize the way you can use their products. Has different features such as turning on outlet switch on or off based on the weather, or other outlets state. There’s more features that allows for more customization with relative ease. Haven’t tried them all yet.

Pairing issues
Cannot pair slim smart plug to more than one iPhone. App says that you can but every time I try to add a second phone, the app removes the device from the previously connected phone.

This is a scam, they do not connect with Alexa in any way! If you want to connect it with Alexa, don't buy it
Work well, but….
I’m using four devices in two locations. They certainly function as on off switches via the app. There is a timer functionality/on off options via sunrise/sunset, however, it doesn’t seem there’s a way to say : go on at sunset and off at 10 pm. You can only set the on, and have to turn them off manually. I would absolutely give five stars if that were fixed .

Needs Update
This app is very lean on features and flow. For example, I tried to name the device and it couldn’t handle the number of characters. It doesn’t flow well when accessing your devices by room. I do use Alexa, but the names were captured incorrectly because of the character limitation…needs work!
Not working since update
Plugs have become inactive and unable to sync to Alexa
Not working anymore
Worked fine until I updated it. Now all my devices are there but when I try to switch them on/off every device says it’s “offline” and it takes a long time for it to randomly go back “online” so I can work the switch. My WiFi and router work fine. This app is now so annoying to use I want to throw all the stupid “smart” plugs away.

App freezes
I have used this app for a long time and has been working great until a few weeks ago. When u go into the app it freezes and doesn’t work. I can’t click on anything. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but keeps doing it. Not sure what is going on but it has always worked until now.
