Limited Functionality on IOS
I had no problem installing the Kmilight app software on both my iOS and android devices. The iOS app didn’t show a record of measures. As a surprise to me, the android version of the app (same login) was able to show the attempts I’d made on the iOS device. For that reason, I raised my rating from 2 stars to 3 stars for the app. ALSO, this app does not provide a method to selectively remove or clear my measurement readings on the android device. Recommend adding the ‘records’ option to the iOS app, and giving the user the ability to remove measures selectively or clear altogether without need of creating a new account.
I like that I can view historical measures of my SpO2 and heart rate. Just need the software to be improved.

English instructions please?….
This app works with the ks Smilecare pulse oximeter which is a well thought-out finger tip pulse and blood oxygen reader. Unfortunately the app is not quite so good. It’s not English language friendly and it’s difficult to enter login details. It can be used without logging in and then gives a useful reading and history. Please can the app be improved?

No alarm sound plays,
The hi and low o2 and HR doesn’t make any sounds. But it does work on my Android phone.
