Keeps declining my payment this is the second time now. There’s no reason for it to be happening

Do not use this company. Very unreliable. They fail to send out a booking and then blame the app saying you don’t have the latest version, even when you do. Their own drivers will also tell you to never use the app.
Disappointing
Used to use this app all the time and it was very presice and now it takes up to 45-60 minutes for a taxi.
They charge me more with 60% of fare estimate
Taxi charge more with 60%off estimate runn,How is possible to charge me more with 60% from estimate fare??? Driver stop charge me after I speak with his manager but still I’ve paid more with 60% off my estimate fare!!!I’ve call them and they start explain motorways more expensive ( in last weeks I was on same route more times with extra charge!!)will send as well to trading standards pictures with estimate fare and receipt of what I’m paid!! If somebody know where I can send proof of how they stolen money from customers please let me know
