My driver today was excellent.
He needs to be rewarded.

Booked a cab for 3:30 am to the Airport.
Can not arrived by 3:35.
Contacted them and argued i had booked for 3:00 when i clearly had not.
Said they came at 3:00 am
Didnt bother calling, knocking door or anything you would expect from a reasonable company.
When i rang them argued that it was booked for 3:00 and that it was my fault! (As we all know getting the tome right fir the airport is the most important part of trip.)
Then said no one available.
No apology, rude, argumentative. Completely incompetent. Trust them at your peril.

User friendly and a joy to use
Have used Hotline for years and I’m really impressed with the app. With every job booked I receive a confirmation message when the vehicle is en-route as well as the driver and vehicle details. The option to pay by cash or card is very handy also!
