It is so nice to be able to get news from home. But I still feel Omaha is my home even after being here in Minnesota for 35 years. News is true and precise and I watch the weather because my extended family still lives there. Thank you for all you do KMTV!
Excellent app! My favorite local news source
Excellent app. Easy to use. Works reliably. Breaking news is usually important (unlike many news apps). Lets me pay a reasonable fee to avoid ads. I wish all aps worked as well as this one. I have deleted the other local TV apps.

I have a couple local news apps downloaded and this is definitely my go to app. By far the easiest to use and read, and they are usually first with breaking news.

I thought this was a news app
It is fine if you want to read a snippet of the article or watch the vid (if there is one). I'm not going to waste time taking a survey to read the whole thing, if I wanted to take surveys I'd get a survey app. The website is no better.

The app is direct and uncluttered, which I like. The sports page has no Huskers sub-page, which is glaring in its absence.
Not the Best But Still OK
If being current with the latest news is important for you then go with the WOWT or KETV apps for local Omaha news. This app is OK as as a third choice. Breaking news appears to arrive a bit slower.

I received an email telling me that Marco Rubio was in Council Bluffs at that moment talking/giving a speech. I clicked to live stream it. It never live streamed. Three days later, I'm still waiting for that live stream! One star is too many!
Just What I Need
Gives me a thumbnail sketch of top news stories, sports and weather. Perfect.
