Yeup nothing comes close, I’ve gotten help from so many tutors for years now. Grateful to Knack and my school for providing it

Horrible app to participate in as a tutor, their customer service won’t help you get paid if someone you tutor doesn’t properly fill out there end and will blame it on you. I hope that tutors learn to leave this app so they don’t have to deal with this horrible company
Excellent App
Great Customer Service and great opportunity for students to get supplemental support.
Good app—mid UI
It’d be the perfect app IF it had a tutor schedule (E.g. Turno, Taskbird, etc) where the tutor sets his availability and you as a student simply choose from those times—instead of the back and forth negotiations of “what times are best for you” every time you need a session.
Big Thanks to Knack
I first had knack because I needed tutoring for my accounting class. I was struggling so much and thought I had no help. Now? I tutor for that exact class and have a 5 star overall review for more than 50 sessions this semester and I can only thank God and knack for being so easy to apply for.

I love Knack tutoring! The app itself is really easy to use and the concept is great. I love that I could meet new people while also getting tutored by a fellow student. Makes it easier sometimes since it’s like talking to a friend.

great idea- needs technical help
super smart idea, and definitely can go far!! the app and website have so many technical issues though, where tutors don’t get paid out unless reaching out to support for approved hours + the app constantly glitches (for instance i have a student who only sees requests she sends but nothing i send) messages won’t show up unless you click to open the chat (ie no notification on the homepage). small glitches, just means you have to be more on top of your work. also confused on why there is an hourly limit for post grad tutors, since the reasoning given is that the max hours is what students should be working in a school week.

good but some tweaks
it says that it won’t tell your tutor what you do or say (on the review after) but it does. so be careful what you put!

Customer service is amazing. The tutors are very good. I wish they allowed more hours per week but other than that, Knack is very good.
