About
KneeFix turns published strength and mobility progressions into a calm daily practice — matched to the kind of knee training you are after.
ANSWER A FEW QUESTIONS, GET YOUR ROUTINE
Tell KneeFix where your knee bothers you — or, if a clinician has already named your condition, pick it from a list — and how long it has been going on. You'll get one of five routines, sized from 4 to 12 weeks.
FIVE ROUTINES, EVERY SOURCE LISTED
- Kneecap Relief — hip and quad strengthening for the area around or under the kneecap, as a classic daily session or a split plan that rotates quads, posterior chain, calves, and mobility days
- Tendon Recovery — a staged build below the kneecap: isometric holds, then slow heavy strength, then a return to springy movement
- Outer Knee Reset — hip-first strengthening that works the hip rather than the band itself
- Ease & Restore — gentle range of motion and steady strength for stiff, achy knees
- Knee Strong — ability-first training to build resilient healthy knees
Every routine is modeled on published clinical practice guidelines and peer-reviewed research, and the full reference list — with a link to each publication — is built into the app under Settings > Sources & References, and beside every exercise.
A CALM DAILY PRACTICE
Each day is a short, guided session: warmup, strength work, and a cool down. Every exercise comes with clear setup, movement, and form-tip instructions. Hold timers run each set for you — timing both sides of a stretch with a switch interval — and buzz when time is up. Finish a set, and it's saved, even if you leave and come back.
IT BENDS WITH YOUR LIFE
Miss a day? Your plan waits for you — it only moves forward when you finish a session, so nothing is skipped. Exercises feel too easy or too hard? Adjust each one's difficulty and the whole plan adapts.
STAY WITH IT
Walk your program as a trail of stepping stones, watch a bonsai grow as you progress, and close each session with a quiet moment of celebration. A gentle daily reminder, a session streak, and a monthly calendar keep the habit alive. When your program ends, KneeFix rolls into three short maintenance sessions a week so the strength you built stays with you.
KNEEFIX COACH (OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION)
Everything above is free. For those who want more, KneeFix Coach is an AI companion that knows your plan. Tell it an exercise feels too hard, that you are sore today, or that you are training at home with only a band, and it suggests sensible changes — swapping, adding, or removing exercises. Nothing changes until you approve it. The Coach is found in Settings and asks for your permission before sharing any data with its AI provider.
KneeFix Coach is an auto-renewing subscription at $4.99 per month (price may vary by region). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.
