Careless in packing
This is my first order and it made a big impression. Along with few solid foods, I ordered Oreo shake. And they delivered me in an open cup placed in a plastic cover. The drink got poured into the cover and spilled all over the floor. Sadly delivery person never realised this. Eventually I picked the order and placed on my bed for a moment and picked it to kitchen. My mattress is spoiled and all the drips on the floor which I had to sit and clean up instead of enjoying a good meal.

Had ordered Oreo milkshake
Got a spoilt milkshake. It’s was all spilt. Bad for the start up. Not clean and not perfect. Serving food late night is not compromise it should be perfection. Need to improve lot.
