Where are my “saved” patterns?

Happily saved many patterns. Went back in to add more and it says I have NO SAVED PATTERNS. Where are they? Okay, patterns reappeared. Happy about that and liking the app. and changing star rating. Would very much appreciate a customer service link. I have questions but can’t find anywhere to ask them.

UPDATE: Seems patterns weren’t saved until payment was processed. All is good now. Just switched to yearly instead of monthly. BUT - - - Wish I could find Customer Service somewhere just so I could ask a simple question or give a simple suggestion. But I am liking it.
