No dark mode. Audio from lectures can only be heard via Bluetooth or earbuds, can’t play it from your phone out loud. No practice questions.

I have 0 background in software or app building, but if you locked me in a room for an afternoon and gave me a computer with windows 97 and no mouse I am confident could make an app of the same caliber.
No audio
I downloaded the videos, but doesn’t look like any of them have live audio - I can see the speaker talking, but get no audio. Please fix ASAP

No material in the app
Series 9 came with 6 lessons. No book, no flash cards, no practice tests. I had to go to the website and access everything there. Not an app worth having, in my opinion, unless the put all of the material on it. STC does it and I really

Terrible for one of the most expensive training
The application is a simple media player - lacking basic functionalities.
Impossible to watch and launch an other app, stop when ios lock, restart from the beginning often…

Such a Good Website and Such a Poorly Designed App
I would give this app zero stars if I could. This app does not provide practice questions or flash cards. The only thing this app is capable of is playing the video recordings (that you have to download). Completely useless for on the go and would stick to the laptop.
Not downloading the classes
For the SIE it was okay, nothing compared to the website, but when you’re on the go and wants to watch a class the app serves. Now for the series 7, it’s not working at all. First lesson all videos are duplicated, and it’s not downloading!! Second lesson, has videos from the first one. Third lesson with videos from the second, also not downloading. It’s more than past time you have a decent app, at least with classes as it should be, and ready to be downloaded.

No Video access/ only flash cards
It allows me to download videos but it never does, it forever stays on “downloading”. I can only access flash cards.

Pointless - no audio
You can view videos but can’t hear them, so it really makes no sense to use the app.

I did not like this app at all because I could not get access to flashcards. BUT I found a way to fix this. 1) delete the app
2) re-download the app
3) log back in.
That seemed to fix my problem and the app is a great tool to use.

Sound doesn’t work unless you link headphones
I can hear the videos on my headphones but when I want to listen to it normally, it is silent. Also, there are no practice questions even though the teacher continuously tells you to do practice exams

Terrible app. Better if it didn’t exist. Just use the web app through your phone.

Really need to be able to do the practice questions on the app.
No point in App
There is really no point to this app other than seeing what type of content is in each unit particular to your exam. No audio on the videos, flash cards freeze every 10 seconds forcing me to restart the app.. it’s truly useless. Much easier on my iPad through Duck Duck Go.

Why are the practice questions not available through the app? Videos and flashcards work but the practice test should also be added to the app.
Just stick to Google Chrome
I like that they tried. However, the sound issues have to be fixed. I have taken SIE and Series 7 coursework. The flash cards get annoying when they restart every time the app restarts. I want to be able to focus on weak areas at a given point. I found myself utilizing outside sources that provided the things I needed. Lots of improvements needed.... I found chrome to be the best browser compatible... desktop and mobile.

Video lectures don’t play sound.
Sound issue
This is dumb, but they appear to know that the sound doesn’t work unless one uses headphones. What app requires the use of headphones to listen to content? This one.
