60 minutes wrong commitment
I ordered at midnight at 2am and i prepaid it so it showed the product will be delivered between 9am to 11am the next morning i was supposed to go to office thats the reason i ordered it and it was 12pm still the order was not delivered i called the driver multiple times he didnt pickup the call then i called customer care they said due to heavy rain its delayed i told i understand but it should have been delivered by 12 atleast says it will get delivered in next 45 to 50 minutes and on app it displays 15 minutes and then while talking to customer care she disconnected when i told you guys don’t deliver for what you commit i will put review she disconnected it please take this as honest review and dont order from knot

Product Was Delivered with precise packaging and Product is great as well, moreover i am been credited with the promised ₹250 cashback of delayed delivery as well.. KNOT Knows What’s It doing 👍🏽 and lives up to what it promises.. wishing u great success ahead 👍🏽

Disappointing service
I ordered for two branded tops and even though it reached on time, only after opening the order I realised that I have received the wrong order. Instead of a good quality top I received a completely different bad quality dress. When complained, they committed to deliver the correct order however, they took the one that was delivered and refunded the amount via delivery guy. And after 2 hrs of waiting for my original order, I received a notification that my request to refund was initiated and they are closed the order.

The normal prices are way lower thn what you have listed even after applying offers, its quite high
