App froze on me
Just like every one else i just get the 3 ladies
HORRIBLE
THIS APP IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE I LOVE THE ACTUAL BRAND AND HAVE ORDERED B4 BUT THE APP ITS SELF IS GARBAGE IT NEVER WANTS TO OPEN IT POPS UP AND NEVER LOADS I HAD IT OPEN EARLIER AND YESTERDAY FOR OVER 10 MINUTES IT REFUSES TO OPEN YOU MIGHT WANT TO CHECK IT I KNOW IM NOT THE ONLY ONE EITHER I HAVE 3 OTHER FRIENDS WHO HAVE TOLD ME THAT THEY GOT RID OF THE APP BECAUSE THEY WERE FED UP OF TJIS GARBAGE AND I AM TOO AND AM GETTING CLOSE TO TRASHING IT TOO!!!

FIX THE APP, DOES NOT WORK AT ALL!
Very disappointed to be honest I’ve had a subscription for probably 5+ years now. This company used to put their customers FIRST. If I had a complaint, customer service would immediately respond and correct any issue (whether it was replacing a defective item or answering questions). The subscription also used to theme the panties according to the specific month. Ex: if it was summer I knew I would be getting fun bright colours. Holidays used to be the same.. New Years, I’d look forward to a bling pair. Christmas, was holiday themed panties as well as Halloween. NOW, it’s so randomized you could get a Halloween pair in May. I just think it should go back to how it used to be. Think of your paying customers. Select ones that make sense for that month so customers aren’t disappointed with their surprise packages. More care could go into the packaging also. A paper envelope that easily rips is not it. I’ve had pink bubble packing a few times and it was nice to see. But never stayed consistent. The sizing is inconsistent also. Some pairs can’t even fit compared to others that are all the same size. Seriously considering revoking my subscription after this long. Just very disappointed when I love supporting the plus size community and the fact that it’s Canadian too. Please do better.

The app opens to a picture and that’s it you can close it you can see anything very disappointing
