Customer Service

I’m very disappointed that staff will not accept a phone call. I had a lot of difficulties with returning an item and it cost me $23 for a return for an exchange only. I made a mistake with navigating the app return process. I do love your products and wish they didn’t sell out so fast, but customer service is high on my list.
