Tech glitch
I just got the 7-day free trial and put in my preferences. The first three lessons that popped up for me did not play. Seems like there is a glitch with this app.
App of the future!
It has the best UX on an iPhone! It is unbelievably minimalistic. The UI has character. Took a lesson and didn’t jump out of the app for hours!
Amazing app
The interface is very smooth and the content they provide has tons of value with downloadable pdfs, etc that you can carry with you beyond the course. I love that feature. Great learning app. One of the best I’ve experienced!

Very Little Content
Think twice before downloading and paying for this app. Very thin content. Not robust. The handful of courses are from unknowns and are listed under multiple categories making it seem like there are more courses than there actually are. Impossible to get a refund once you pay. Very misleading.
Won’t let you cancel subscription
Been trying to cancel my subscription and it won’t let you. Logging in on their website the cancel button is grayed out. Tried to email weeks ago and no one answers. No sign of other ways to contact them. The classes are good if you plan on never canceling your plan. Until then I’m forced to keep paying.

Narrow, boring content. Decent app
More of a Dummies Guide to Work than an app for genuine curiosity about the rich tapestry of human ideas and knowledge .
The range of subjects on offer is very narrow. A catalogue full of ‘buzz’ topics, self help and the like. There are no interesting courses on sciences, arts, history, music, and the psychology stuff all has a ‘get ahead’/‘career focus.

Needs an iPad app.
This really needs an iPad app. When?
Need clubhouse for all features!
The courses themselves are good and I’m glad that this app exists, it’s smart to have educational courses that exist in audio since these days it’s getting harder to devote time to taking online video classes! However, there are a lot of online seminars which I’d like to join but they’re on Clubhouse which is not open for registration yet. The app doesn’t give any invite to the service, so if you don’t already have a clubhouse account then you can’t really take advantage of the live seminars which is a real shame! Why restrict such a major feature to a service which the majority of users will not be able to access? Stupid. When clubhouse does open access for new accounts I’ll try the feature out and update this review!

Love Knowable
This has quickly become my new favorite app and I love the content + topics covered (I can’t get enough)!
I Use it daily and definitely learning
While I normally don’t feel like I can commit time to a task, Knowable somehow broke that barrier for me. It’s become. Daily regimen to spend time listening and between the daily lessons and the longer form content I’m all in on Knowable.
Hate app that doesn't have a proper ipad version
Always have to detach my iPad's keyboard and switch to portrait mode to use this app. How ridiculous. 1 star until it's fixed.
On the go education
I have two kids, and I work for myself in real estate and architecture - video learning is just something I do not have any interest in, since I’m so time poor. Knowable’s audio courses are the perfect match for me. I love the almost narrative style of learning with actionable takeaways. I look forward to listening to what this company comes out with next.

Take your knowledge base to the next level
The Launch a Startup series alone would make it worth downloading, but it’s chock full of incredible content. Highly recommend it if you’re looking to improve, learn, or push yourself personally or professionally.

Not a great app. Difficult to use, bad customer service and nearly impossible to cancel.

Good app - could benefit from a sleep timer
Some good knowledge here!
But it would be nice to have a sleep timer (like the Kindle App does for audio) or at least be able to disable auto play for the next lesson, so that we can enjoy it in bed without worrying about it carrying on too long.
Regarding the other review; I guess mentioning the paywall/subscription costs in the description would help manage people’s expectations (most of us assume something is free, if it’s free to download and nothing else is mentioned).

Learn something new every day! I love this app
This app is awesome!
I find myself on it every single day. Honestly, great value ! A free tier exists, so you have nothing to loose. However, if you want to spice it up I would highly suggest the upgrade soo worth it! The Production quality , experts, and notes are so well put together.The value I get from this app is insane . One of my favorite apps.

Really enjoying this app!
Scott Kelly’s episode of armchair expert introduced me to this app, so if you’re into that podcast I definitely think this is a good app for you! The topics are in a much better learning format than if you just search a topic on apple podcasts and click on an hour long episode from a random podcaster. I feel like this app is gonna be pretty big as it expands and gets more content.
I would love to hear more from Scott Kelly specifically, I could hear a whole course about his missions in space in more detail.
