Good, but…
I find the articles to be informative and timely. But…just about everything I click on to read requires waiting for an ad to be viewed. Some of these ads can be dismissed fairly promptly, but some take take way too long to show a “skip” button. I don’t look at ads anyway, so “I” skip these annoying articles.

Need more ability to view several stories
I wish when you see breaking news on your phone and another news reel comes across…you only get to click on ONE!! That part I don’t like. I wish I could click on each one and read each one.

The new anchor Miguel Marques is hard to watch. His word inflections, voice and body movements are quirky. Tell him to get out of Royals ear (personal space). Turn his mic down and have him stop trying so hard!

No news, just ads
When you live stream, you get ads. 1 of 6 starts. Then the “we’ll be back…”. When the news comes back, it’s at the tail end of a story. Then back to ads, “we’ll be back…” and you can catch the end of another story when it’s back. So if you like ads, and find the news depressing, this is for you. No news!

App won’t open
I don’t know if it isn’t connecting due to a recent iOS update or if it’s internal to the app. But also there have been inconsistencies in info within the weather section on its home page vs. the hourly predictions.
Large number of ads. Good housekeeping article that doesn’t open the link to read it. Very old ads like Xmas tree ads. Stories that are more headline than story.

Not news
They should change the name of news station to opinion channel. Incredibly biased and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a single video on here longer than a 1 1/2 minutes

Technically issues
App used to be great unfortunately even after many updates a solution has not been made to the news stories bugging out and closing. It results in going back to the home page having to find the article again and skim read it to hopefully get the information before it bugs out again to start the process all over again.

KOAT news app keeps dropping the morning newscast.
KOAT is my preferred station for local news, but several times a day, while I’m watching the morning news using this app, it drops the streaming and brings me back to the main page. It’s very irritating.

Omg this app is very annoying!!! When scrolling the. Photos change sizes while they move. Don’t waste ur time.. this app didn’t like three minutes on my phone
New update
The new update has made this app horrible the news articles are in such big font that it makes it harder to even read the article the app use to be great before this new updated version

When the anchor mentions Olga it's the beginning of the incompetent portion of KOAT's newscast. It's time to switch to KOB or KRQE. Emails to management have no impact. The heyday of KOAT is long over. 😴

Push notifications that are NOT NEWS
I have all 3 local news stations on my phone and this is the only one that send notifications for any article they write. Some examples would be anything from travel tips to why your dog eats grass. If I wanted to brows every article they wrote I would go to their site or pick up the newspaper. I expected notifications about news. Important things going on like a wildfire or important laws being passed, murder rates and road closures.

Location Location!!!
Just recently, this app decided I live in Questa instead of Red River. Our weather is different, more often than not, as we’re about 1100 ft higher in elevation. Our zip is 87558, not 87556, as in Questa. Also, while I understand that hot air rises, I have never seen a day here where it was cooler in Questa than in Red. Wish you could fix…….
