Have trouble downloading library books
The app doesn’t reliably download library books no matter how many times I sync it
Best E-reader &App
Having this being my first ereader and app this is flawless. I haven’t had any issues and I can read all my books across my cellphone, iPad and Kobo Library Colour. I am a forever Kobo customer
Favorite Audio App
I love Kobo Plus and the large library of audiobooks. Never experienced any issues using the application. I have found so many new authors.
Disappointing
Mostly about her family life, pretty boring. After reading it I was left with just feeling angry that her mom or her haven’t given back the high school ring.
Cut and run
I love every book from Allison Brennan. And I love Kobo books. It allowed me to clear a lot of space in my bookshelves.
Whole series needed
I really enjoy using this app and have found it easy to use. My issue is, I’m part way through an audio series and discover that the rest of the series is not available. I’ve had to go to Audible to find the next book. Please make sure you have accessed a whole series.
Meh
Selection is limited. More authors are starting to forego Kobo all together. Syncing between devices is not great.
Lovely app
Enjoy being able to read a book on my Kobo e-reader and continue on my iPad , whichever has more charge on it. There is a great availability of books on the app.

Please add more fonts for reading experience. Kindle and ibooks apps are just so much prettier and easy to look at
I can read easily again...
Love this, as it enables me to experience the joy of reading again. Paper books are a struggle while waiting for cataract surgery, so this let's me get my reading fix... The font options and the ability to scale things to suit my poor eyes are a blessing, and the level of choice in the store means that I am never without choice.

Account issues
The first month worked very well and enjoyed the app and the subscription. But unfortunately, the good doesn’t last as I have been having issues since the beginning of the month with audiobooks not downloading due to wifi connectivity issues, it claims. But all other apps work and there are no issues with my wifi. I have tried the repair account, deleting and re-installing app, signing out and signing back in. None have worked. Very disappointed.

Really frustrating trying to find books if you have a large library. The way books are displayed is frustrating as the books you are reading is interlaced with suggestions for other books. As a result only about 6 books of your library are visible. Really to lose books. Ok for reading but the update really screwed up the overall usability of the app.
