Unreliable
The app, just keeps failing on startup. And when it works on a rare occasion, the setup does not give you much control over what you could do (eg band selection, encryption, and other useful settings). Not a good experience, hope it gets resolved soon.
Software Design is very poor
This product claimed its supporting of dual band channels 2.4GHz and 5GHz, but in reality it only sat on 2.4GHz and all 5GHz transmission rate were reduced to 2.4GHz rates. The dummy app software don't have an adjustment channel function to allow you change the settings. Don't buy this product if you want your home internet speed faster than 100Mbps downstream. False information in manual.

App keeps crashing
The app doesnβt let me set up my Kogan mesh because it keeps crashing before I even get a chance to set it up and thereβs not been any helpful resources to actually troubleshoot or get help for my Kogan mesh. As a result I cannot actually use the device

Excellent App
I have no problems setting up the mesh network quickly using this app. I had a look through the settings and everything I could possibly need is available such as parental controls and a guest network.
You can use preset time limits for the guest network, but I wish there was an option to set a custom time limit.
