Fantastic

Solid app. Organizes the fleet well. I can choose what notifications we get. I can give employees access and take it away if they leave. I can remote start units, see their status before going out there. It’s important for the customer to check the yes box about sharing location information or your dealership won’t be able to have their unit placed accurately on the map.

Wrong reviews

All reviews are wrong and they are all misinformed. Speak to a Kohler certified rep and ask them for details.
App is great, all trends metrics and controls are available. You can remotely start the unit as well as remotely reset a majority of the alarms. You can also control PIM relays if that accessory is purchased and installed. No other brand, OEM or aftermarket, can do that.
Way better then OnCue. OnCue was old tech and this is new.

GUI is useless.

The graphic user interface makes this app nearly useless. 75% of the screen space is covered- leaving only 25% of screen to see data.

Can’t log in

Oncue user. Can’t log in. Reset password email doesn’t work, never get anything. I love my generator but Kohler should get their money back from whoever they paid to build this app.

Where's the customer app?!

Today is September 10th and in your email you said September 10th oncue will be depreciated so where is your new app for customers?

This app won’t allow me to login unless I give them permission to have access to my website and personal info to give out to other people.

Unable to login or create account

This new app is useless if users can’t login!

I tried to login with OnCue Plus credentials and was unsuccessful. I clicked a lick for “Subject Access Request” guessing this might be where I create a new account. I filled out the form but was unable to submit because the Captcha “I’m not a robot” icon never stops spinning.

Can’t even log in

On cue plus user. Now on cue plus is not a great app either but at least I could log in and see whether the generator is running and receive notifications. This new app is even worse! Can’t log in. Looks like they want everyone to create a new account? Why do you want to harass your own client?! My next generator won’t be a kohler.

Rough- Would prefer a webpage

So far I have only tried to add information on two customers and both addresses cannot be manually entered and do not auto populate. This renders the map view useless. Also it shows any offline units as having overdue maintenance from 2012.

Doesn’t work correct

App never opens up and loads my fleet. Clearly has bugs that need to be fixed
