For what should be considered a mission-critical/life safety app, this app falls far short. Constantly logging out, doesn’t refresh on the fly. I don’t trust using it unless I can see & hear the generator. It’s worthless if you’re not right there with it.
Nonstop connection issues
As others have said, the generator itself is awesome, but this app and all the supporting tech side of Cummins have been a disaster. Mine is constantly disconnected, which I can only seem to fix by opening the case up, unplugging it and plugging it back in. Such a disappointment.
The worst app you could ever be forced to use
This app is terrible starting with the convoluted way they make you login which often ends yo locking you out for over an hour. This is a generator that is used for emergencies. You can’t spend hours just trying to get into the app.
Low effort app
You would think a company that is the size of Cummins would be able to produce a decent app. This is just sad.
