Doesn't feel that beginner friendly

I really agree with starfire116, it teaches you a long phrase without teaching you the basics of it. I really think that if it had some literal translations I'd be able to understand a LOT better and actually be able to identify what each word alone means, or if it taught you more slowly, teaching each word step by step. I wasn't really sure what each word meant so it was a bit hard to follow. That's really the only problem for me. Maybe it'd be better for someone who's at least conversational in Korean and wants to brush up on their skills, but I'm not so this isn't really my favorite app. It was a good idea though, and it's pretty, it just could've been set up better.

I can't read NCT's vocabulary book again. Please restore it as soon as possible. Specifically, the nct vocabulary disappeared at Word. The video cannot be played even if the qr code of the text is read in.

Thank you so much for fixing the bug. I’m really glad because now I can finally study using the NCT vocabulary deck. I truly appreciate your sincere support. I was also deeply impressed that I could now watch videos of other idols as well. However, there is a serious issue with your support team. I have never received a reply when I contacted them. It was only after I left a review on Apple that I finally got a response. I believe this is something that needs improvement. Otherwise, we are left with no choice but to leave a low rating just to get a bug fixed.

There was an issue with the language settings in the NCT Vocabulary Book feature, but we’ve now fixed the problem. At this point, you should be able to use the NCT Vocabulary Book without any issues. Not useful

I bought an nct vocabulary book and tried to study with this app, but this app has a system error forever, so I can't watch any videos of NCT vocabulary book. Also, even if I report system errors many times, there is no reply and no response, and it is an unfaithful app. A month after the report, no renovations have been seen. What are you running this app for? have a user who wants to use but doesn't respond sincerely at all

Great App; Some Bugs

Overall, this app is great and provides a good resource for learning Korean.

However, there is an issue with the mix in speaking exercises. It either won’t stop loading when “evaluating a response”, or it will say it “can’t hear you”.

There are also some display issues where words can get cut off, particularly in the daily quiz and video interface.

Some videos also have difficultly playing sometimes.

Besides that, the app is wonderful and works just fine.

Great App, Small Annoying Glitches

I love this app so far, it’s a good way for me to practice my korean when i don’t have any korean friends. That being said, the mic is SO glitchy. I think it got worse after the recent “bug fixes” update

I like it but it needs adjustments

The app is nice, I’ve learned a lot with it, but it has problems with the buttons for the mic and the buttons for the practice parts that come in with the videos. It never saves my progress, neither my lessons and it not letting me practice with exercises like I used to do before. I paid the premium subscription and I expected to use the app without having any problems like those.

button to speak doesn’t work

this app is nice however it seems like it expects you to already know korean and makes you repeat a long phrase without teaching basics. I can’t complete any levels because the button you need to press to speak doesn’t work. my mic is on and i hit allow, not sure how to fix it

Can’t fast forward easily or back

Love the app but basic features are missing which make me want to delete it. You can’t fast forward it back easily like a normal YouTube video and you can’t copy the words and make a note of them elsewhere.
Sometimes I have to finish the whole video to go back and watch the bit I want again when a scroll is needed. Please introduce it

This app is a revolution!!

I love how I can learn and watch my favorite tv shows! All the short videos are useful to pick up daily vocabulary….. I am calling all the armys around the world!!!!!! Also it kinda introduces interesting k dramas lol. Anyways, I love this app!!!
