You certainly pointed out one of the key issues we are addressing with our beta version, and we will be pushing updates to resolve this on upcoming versions. Part of the issue is the app requires a bit more heavy lifting than previous generation iphones can handle due to its features, so we are looking to balance performance with compatibility on our end. The promotion you were referring to was a special bonus prize coupon we provided as a part of your attendance for Women's Expo, and the specific of the coupon was $25 plus free shipping, so regardless of what you used it for, free shipping was in fact a part of your transaction.
