[Update] Brushing Reminders DELETED!
Update: I have since upgraded to the Kolibree Ara from the V1. The app’s brushing reminders are back! I prefer the Kolibree app and brand over Colgate’s rebranding. — They advertise brushing reminders but they have stated they have REMOVED and DELETED the feature making the toothbrush and app completely and utterly useless for me. Sent an strongly-requested refund because of this.

did they completely give up?
I have had my kolibree toothbrush for a little over two years now and when I first got it, the app was amazing. Unfortunately, a year and a half ago, the app disconnected from my toothbrush and I was never able to connect it again. I tried redownloading today to see it maybe they’d fixed any of the problems I had with connecting and now they won’t even let you log in to access the app. Such wasted potential and a big disappointment.

Can’t pair the toothbrush to the app
I got this toothbrush as a gift for my friend. I can’t pair the toothbrush to my phone. I have followed the directions many times but still no luck 😔
I wouldn't connect
My brush would not connect to my Bluetooth and I never had a problem with things nit connecting to my Bluetooth before. So does anybody know?
Bloated app
My biggest complaint about this app is the bloated size. At over 700 MB, this app takes up way too much precious space on my smaller capacity device. I’ve knocked off two stars from my rating because of this. Apart from that, I think the app is actually pretty good. I do think some of the animations are a bit obtuse and even after using the app for quite a while, I still am not clear what some of the animations actually mean.

Best toothbrush I ever used. Great Investment.
I love my Kolibree ara toothbrush. I’m impressed with the way it monitors and assists me with my brushing habits in real time. The “Coach” shows me each area I’m supposed to brush and for how long. I even programmed it to play music from my playlist while I’m brushing. This makes it a more enjoyable experience. The percentage display and duration that you brushed are helpful because you know how well you did. This toothbrush is a great investment. I look forward to my next dental visit so I can show my Hygienist and Dentist this wonderful product. I think they will be as pleased as I am.

The app/toothbrush are the best thing ever!!! I've been using the brush that has spinning bristles and it sorta hurts me gums! But this vibrating one is terrific! I love the 3D model of your teeth once your done but there's only one thing u need to add. Maybe sensors to see which tooth has been pulled out. Cuz when I don't brush that spot it says that that tooth is yellow. Plz fix.

I love the new dashboard, and the 3D check up screen! Awesome! Also love that Rabbids is directly available in the application.

my mouth feels clean
I was using a regular manual toothbrush and friends told me to get a sonic toothbrush and not an oscillating brush because the vibrating bristles are supposed to be gentler on your gums. I don’t brush as hard and my mouth feels cleaner. I got this brush because I thought my son would like the app and he does. We are a tech savvy family and it’s easy to set up. Overall, it’s an interesting concept. I like it a lot. And as a regular electric toothbrush it’s a thumbs up.

Excellent app to motive kids to brush their teeth
I have the new kolibree toothbrush for 3 months now and my kids are not fighting to brush their teeth. Such an amazing change. Great app thank you kolibree team

Thinks it's yesterday
I truly love this app and the toothbrush that goes with it, so much so I am trying to figure out how to take it on a trip with me! Unfortunately, the app thinks every time I brush it thinks that it is the previous day, and I'm unable to change the date. It's a little thing but it does bother me.
Has some potential...
The pairing process was a bit clunky and different from the guide. The brush head is way small for an adult. While the brush is light, it often feels like the vibration is not strong enough to do its job. In general it feels flimsy as compared to my SonicCare unit.
Waiting in brush handle and app doesn't function well standalone
Excited for another connected toothbrush as I've been using the oral b one for a month now (and loving it)! Exciting times in oral care.
Will update this review when I receive my Kolibree handle. Basically, the app is designed poorly with strange menus that come from the bottom and top right of the various screens. I will reserve final judgement until I have experienced with the Kolibree Toothbrush handle + app, but as a stand alone manual brushing app, I'm not impressed. The idea of music integration is nice but the fact you have to switch sections of your mouth so frequently makes it hard to follow any music.
So far, will be sticking with my Oral-B brush and its app.
