Stuck in a loop

When I go to register the device, the auth is presented, it asks for my work email address, after entering it just reloads the page and I cannot progress. The Mac desktop app also doesn’t run so cannot get a QR code to register that way. Tried this months ago and it didn’t work, disappointed to see Kolide still doesn’t work for registering mobiles.
