Hidden gem of an app
I’ve actually learned a lot about breathing since downloading this app. I never realized how often I held my breath. Since downloading and using the app I have become much more aware of my breathing pattern throughout the day, and that’s helped me key in on times when I’m starting to get stressed out. Plus Komi is super cute!

This app is very cute and helpful! I love the explanations and how easy it is to understand. Komi is super adorable as well! Using this app has helped me a lot in understanding how just breathing can affect my body and mind. I would highly recommend!
