Photos now gather in carousels. Pick several at once and they sit side by side, swipe through them, and open any of them full screen to scroll the whole set. Every photo can carry a caption, written in markdown and shown in italics under the image. Photos can be added to a carousel or removed from it with a tap. Collections can now choose how they look. Next to the classic list there are Cover, with the photo large on top, Poster, with the text laid over the photo, Grid, with two cards per row, and Compact, with one slim row per note. On iPad and wider Mac windows every layout spreads over two columns. The layout follows the collection to every device and to its published page on the web. A note, or a selection of rows inside it, can be shared as plain text from the note menu. Links to Apple Maps places come along, so the text opens in apps like Packd with the places intact. Cloud sync keeps the app responsive while it works: the heavy part of every sync now runs in the background. Fixes: - Some collections created by the app on first launch could not be opened. - A photo caption no longer shows up as the title of a note in the list. - Changes to a published hub reach the web within a minute.
