Non existent customer care and impossible to reach
Was ok initially when I had my outdoor camera. I could view thru the app but would glitch a bit if SD card was full and you had to format the card in order to view anything. For some reason I lost my password and had to reset but now I can’t connect to my camera because “it was under another”. It suggested reaching out to their customer service to resolve but as you can see by the title nothing. So use them at your own risk

Notifications not working
My notifications are on correctly in all locations but still not working. Any ideas?
Steals your clipboard history
Every time you open this app, it steals your copied item. If you had copied something and it is still there this app will copy it. That sounds pretty shady. Either develpor of this app needs to fix this or Apple needs to do something about this violation
Good app - one problem
Works nice. Have had no issues. But do be aware this app is a clipboard data-collecting app, which is pasting from the clipboard for no reason, un-commanded. That is why 3 stars vs 5 otherwise.
Since they are ignoring my emails for no reason!
Found this app it didn’t crash like the other one does on iOS 15. But it does not find my items even though they are from the same manufacturer. Nearly all the apps on my phone had numerous updates since iOS 15 been released but the app the does work! I’m really about just to sell my plugs in find a manufacturer that will fix the problem in not hide in ignore emails.

Koogeek Double switch
After installation, the switch worked as expected for a few days. After a week or so it became intermittent for no obvious reasons. It has been installed for several months & now it works less than 50% of the time. It appears that it is connected to the correct wi-fi network.
I have several other “Smart home” devices from other companies installed in the same room & I am not having problems with any of the others working as expected.
I am using an iPhone 6 & have been for several years.
I will not buy additional Koogeek products, nor will I recommend any of your products based on my experience with this Koogeek Switch.

Doesnt work
This app doesn't work in iPhone 11 Pro max.
Always when I try to opened it closes without showing me any dashboard itself.
Please fix this bug.

The app was working fine for a while but now it will not open without immediately shutting out. I tried connecting my lights to the Home app but that also did not work.
The app stopped showing alerts/notifications
The app stopped showing alerts/notifications , by any chance Iis it known how to fix it ? I already have checked all the notification configurations in my phone and I’m not able to fix it.
Not sending notifications anymore after I disabled them, it seems once are disabled when putting them back the change is not properly set by the app and no longer works.
Is it possible to change wifi within the app ????

Fantastic wifi plug with app
This is app is very reliable and never made me dissatisfied. Keep it up!
Needs improvement
The plugs work well when they connect. I had to replace my wifi router and now none of the plugs work and will not connect to the new router. I had to reconnect them a couple times to the previous router because it was going out and I did not know it at the time and it was a PAIN getting the to reset and reconnect. I plan on returning all of the plugs (20) fir the simple fact they are to difficult to deal with. If you need to change networks then there should and needs to be a way you can do it without having to go round to each individual unit and reset it and then HOPE you can reconnect to a new network. Very disappointed.

Can't Connect Plug
Current Koogeek plug works fine with the Koogeek Home app but will not connect to Life. Can't control the plug with Alexa even though I am able to log into my KG account Inside the Alexa skill.

Works ok
The app works great, just isn't convenient enough especially when you don't have an Alexa. This is because you have to open the app to either turn off or turn on the light. I would suggest being able to add an on and off shortcut That can be added to the shortcut drop down menu for Apple users.
Question
Does this work with Apple HomeKit?
Need to add all my devices again
It should import the data from my Koogeek Home app. Besides, I couldn't get my lightbulb to blink with turning it on and off quickly three times. Should keep the scan code as an option to add devices. Frustrating!
