Annoyingly glitchy app
I’ve never been able to collect on this app without it not working properly so that I have to remove the app and then reinstall it again in order to collect again!! Please fix this issue!!

I got this app yesterday, and it’s really cool so far! The only thing is that it says I have one notification. I don’t. Does anyone know how you fix that??
Ads are glitchy
I have to watch multiple ads only for them to say “error” and then this uses up the limit of 3 ads every ten minutes. I don’t get points like this. This wastes a lot of time and I hope this is fixed

kooky is easy to use and has a clean interface. I especially like how fans can participate in events and interact through the app. It would be even better if the app becomes a bit faster and more stable during busy times, but overall it’s been a fun experience so far!
Bit confusing
Its a bit confusing navigating the app. I wish that if you wanted to unfollow artists, you could do it more efficiently instead of going one by one

Really good app, still a bit confusing
I really like how much better it’s gotten to navigate the app with ease, but there are moments I have a hard time understanding where to go for certain things. Personally, I’ve never used an app other than a ticketing official site for concert, so I’m a bit nervous for an upcoming event as it’s very new to me. The content itself is entertaining and I like the simplicity of it all. I do hope some updates can be made in the coming future so it’s easier to understand how to vote, watch, and support content of idols and groups! Other than this, I really enjoy using it!

Watching video ads not working more often than not!
It’s really annoying when you’re trying to collect Kooky’s for your Artist’s AD PROJECT when “Watching Video ADS” does not work more often than not! Is this your way of making money so we have to buy Loovy’s to make sure our AD PROJECT is successful!?

its so easy to collect and theres a lot of free kookys u can earn. but my only problem is whenever i watch an ad after it it says something when wrong, try again. i’ve encountered this several times. i just think that the kookys were a waste if that happens. i hope u can fix this !
