App don’t even work

I got this light bulb for Christmas and I put it in my light piece and it’s only turning 3 colors and I downloaded this app and it’s asking me to register and when I try to it ask what region and don’t have an option for a region so it’s useless and I can’t use the help part Bc there is not help part the QR code has something about naming or creating locations for the light bulb but I don’t have that with this app so I’m confused.

App won’t connect so it’s useless

I registered my account because I don’t care who know what I do with my light, but after a week it won’t connect. It seemed to still work off line but when I tried to reinstall it I couldn’t log on or register without choosing a region, and there’s no option to do so.
If I didn’t have this app on both phones I wouldn’t be able to use my light bulbs anymore because now I can’t even use it off line on the phone I tried to reinstall it on.
I bought two bulbs but only connected one, so now my 2nd bulb is useless. I guess I will have to check with Amazon to see how to return one of two, or both if they won’t take back the one I can’t use.
