App is not even working I lost my remote so now what the app is not working so therefor the whole thing is a 1

I got this light bulb for Christmas and I put it in my light piece and itâs only turning 3 colors and I downloaded this app and itâs asking me to register and when I try to it ask what region and donât have an option for a region so itâs useless and I canât use the help part Bc there is not help part the QR code has something about naming or creating locations for the light bulb but I donât have that with this app so Iâm confused.

App wonât connect so itâs useless
I registered my account because I donât care who know what I do with my light, but after a week it wonât connect. It seemed to still work off line but when I tried to reinstall it I couldnât log on or register without choosing a region, and thereâs no option to do so.
If I didnât have this app on both phones I wouldnât be able to use my light bulbs anymore because now I canât even use it off line on the phone I tried to reinstall it on.
I bought two bulbs but only connected one, so now my 2nd bulb is useless. I guess I will have to check with Amazon to see how to return one of two, or both if they wonât take back the one I canât use.

app logged me out, wont accept known working credentials, no way to interact with bulbs. Adios bulbs! No joy.
App forces you to register now
App used to work great, after the latest update you have to register an account with your email address to use the app. I donât think a foreign entity should know when I turn my lights on.
