Kein Apple Pay. Kreditkarte muss JEDES mal neu eingegeben werden. Ladestationen, u.a. in Alesund, falsch in der App hinterlegt. Einfach Benennungen in App nicht passend zur Realität. Software Bugs beim Laden auf manchen Säulen: manchmal wird wackelkontakt-style angezeigt, dass eine Säule verfügbar ist, dann wieder out of order.

Terrible user experience
Clearly did zero user testing. Maddeningly poor user experience at every step of the way, made worse by trying to make it work outside in winter. Steer clear.
Missing other languages
Loved the old app and used it a lot while on vacation in Norway. Sadly the new one seems to not be available in other languages (for now?) than Norwegian. I have a really small and basic understanding in Norwegian but it would help to at least have the app in English. While the languages are there to chose from in the phone settings nothings really changing in the app.

I wish it worked for international travelers
I wish it worked. Their credit card requires an address in Norway. Not suitable for USA travelers or any other with home addresses outside of the country.
Maddening
This app is extremely difficult to use. It sends you on a loop and resets to the beginning. The address information includes a search button but the only country available is Norway. Credit cards will not authorize purchases with an incorrect address. On a Wednesday at 2:00 pm we were unable to reach anyone on the ‘24/7’ ´help’ line. After 1/2 hour of trying we gave up to go to another station. If you’re travelling by car in Norway do not rely on this service!!! You might end up stranded.
