Obviously made in Bosnia
The app never remembers what language you’ve set it to and will still display most things in Bosnian even if the language is set to something different. It seems as if it was designed by a grade school student, and is completely unusable when experiencing “high demand”, as it will just area-limit you out of any options outside of 3 kilometers away and tell you to come back later. No! Put me in a queue, don’t tell me to check back later.

Unreliable
The onboarding is frustrating and takes too long. Good luck trying to input your address, choosing what you want to order, and then being informed at the very end your order can’t go through because they are overloaded. Very unprofessional. Could have saved me all the trouble by informing me beforehand that they can’t take orders before having to fill out a profile and finishing the order.

I hate that they most of the time don’t deliver out side of 7km distance. If I pay for delivery based on how far the place I order from is away from my location, what do you care how far is it. And your competitors deliver from anywhere regardless of distance. Bad business policy. Bad customer service.

Its good when it works
It’s perfect when you can actually order something. Many times it will not allow you to order because they are overloaded and then you just sit there for an hour refreshing the app hoping you can place an order. They need to hire more couriers and pay them better so we can actually use their app.
