Wow… what a fab effects app this is !!
This app is bloody awesome! Just take a simple drone note and then add Koshiba and you’ve got an evolving groove to play with straight away! Can’t wait to hear what my Didgeridoo sounds like through this 😊 So glad I took a punt on this one 👍 Brilliant job from the creators on this, worth every penny!

A good idea for a plugin but this is in mono pathing only. Why that?

More steps or patterns please
Great plugin but I need more than 16 steps. If you cant add more steps, then how about more patterns? (groups of 16 steps) and the ability to chain patterns? Or even midi control over pattern changes to create long switchable patterns in your DAW.
Or failing all of that, give us midi control over preset changing so that we can create longer patterns via automation. The only way to do this right now is to have multiple instances of the plugin with different patterns and to automate mute to switch patterns which is cumbersome.

Amazing sound and creative possibilities. It’s well beyond the other sequenced gate offerings on iOS. The per-step filter, resonance, and drive settings make all of the difference. Very inspiring to use and can make more space in a mix as well. I use this on pads a lot, or any time I want to create some space and groove.
The presets are also very usable. It’s for way more than just trance, very inspiring, can create forward movement and bounce. It even has swing! Worth every penny.

Not working
Mine doesn’t make a peep - I hear nothing. I keep looking for the on/off switch. I do see blips in the arp. Just no sound.

Bloody Incredible
I'm still getting my head around Koshiba's subtleties but one thing that could be changed for the better is the rate selection. It's a sequential selector, forcing me to audibly create undesirable audio artifacts by forcing the user to 'step though' undesirable rates till you hit the desired rate. The rate control would be better if they were directly selectable.

Superb
I’ve got more AUV units than I need but this one is a gem, it’s a missing link. Play poly pads and syncopate to your hearts content. It’s so simple and yet so complex when you want it to be. I’ve only been on it for 5mins and I’m hooked. If you want to create some seriously moving tracks, this will do it for you.

Watched The Sound Test Room demo and was sold. Love putting the guitar through this. Great for adding some movement to drones too.

This app is bomb like all iceWorks apps in my humble opinion! I own them all and they all have their unique strengths and sounds and never seem to overbog when using multiple auv3s.

Just purchased, sounds like a great synced gate/ filter/ delay combo. Probably got some nice hidden features too.
